You were created by the clone spell- a work of necromantic magic that is normally used to escape death. However, before your original died, your container was disturbed, and you awoke with all the memories of the original up to the moment you were awoken. Your original has not died yet- they are still out there in the world, and you have a thorough understanding of who they are and what their objectives are.
Perhaps you have only recently awoken Did you emerge from a vat or chamber that you were created in, or was there some other means that you were created by? Did you know the person that you were created from, or have the two of you never met, or do you even realize they're still alive? Do you know who created you? Was your creator also the person you are cloned from? What purpose were you created for?Splunk universal forwarder vs http event collector
Will you seek out your creator or are you happy to never know the person that shares your face? Do you think you have a real soul, or are you just some mistake of arcane magic gone awry? What do you think will happen when your original dies- will your life be overwritten by their soul as the spell intended? Equipment: Two trinkets from the trinket table that you took from the original you, a set of common clothes, a tool set and a small pouch with 15gp.
Being a perfect copy of someone has its perks. Anyone who knew your original will initially think you are them. They will treat you as your original and, if convinced of that identity, allow you access to all that your original would have had access to. If you fail to impersonate your original, the person may become aware of the deception, and fear you are a doppelganger, disguised spy, illusionist, polymorphed monster, or some other horrid thing.
This mistaken identity may also work against you at times, as any enemies of your original will also believe you to be the original unless convinced otherwise- and even then they may still dislike you. Choose a background for them; you may utilize that background feature as you wish, but background features which rely on your interaction with NPCs will only be effective if you can successfully impersonate your original. This spell grows an inert duplicate of a living creature as a safeguard against death. This clone forms inside as a sealed vessel and grows to full size and maturity after days you can also choose to have the clone be a younger version of the same creature.
It remains inert and endures indefinitely, as long as its vessel remains undisturbed. At any time after the clone matures, if the original creature dies, its soul transfers to the clone, provided that the soul is free and willing to return. When the flavor has been changed so that this template is no longer applicable please remove this template.

Many of them are known more by their destinctive white body armor, a set of full plate that covers them completely, different sets of colors, identifying what legion they are from and who they are. While many clones share the same face, they often personalize their appearance under and on their armor, with tattoos, hair styles and scars for their physical appearance and with paint colors, decals and jewelry for their armor itself.
Created by a government that allegedly spanned across the stars and plans and many kingdoms, they were made for war as the government that created them steadily decayed from within and without, treated as little better than mindless constructs as the government was then taken over from within, by a evil mastermind who had played both sides of the war to gain more and more power.
The clones were eventually phased out as time passed and the mastermind feared his clones turning against him. The creators of the clone troopers the kaminoans sent the last of their clones away, to avoid being slain as they planned an uprising, as other clones made for the former government by other geneticists joined them. Clone troopers, mostly live as part of other communities, their numbers not big enough to sustain living in villages of their own kind and many of them lack non combat skills needed to run a village right from the start.
They do excel in military and law keeping roles such as being part of the town guard or being cops and many of them form close bonds with their coworkers. They do believe that a strong government should be a key part in keeping it's citizens and the surrounding area safe and usually work within the system to cause change. Some clones prefer non combat roles such as being farmers or doctors, having lived through war for far too long for their liking.
Many clone troopers have alphanumeric designators made by their creators the Kamioans. They frequently adopt nicknames to be unique. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
When creating a clone trooper character, you can use the following table of traits, ideals, bonds and flaws to help flesh out your character. Arkanian scientists had been experts in genetic manipulation for millennia, and by the time of the Mandalorian Wars the species had been split into many sub-species, making it hard to determine exactly what a baseline Arkanian was. Most could pass for Human, though the most pure of blood had pure white eyes and four clawed digits on each hand. Arkanians were capable of seeing into the infrared spectrum, and their eyes were sensitive to sources of extreme heat. This was helpful on their dark and frigid homeworld, but when traveling offworld, many were forced to wear blinders on planets with hotter, younger suns.
It was also standard practice for Arkanians to undergo genetic manipulation of their own bodies, enhancing themselves so as to be better than "lesser" species. The most defining trait of the Arkanian species was their arrogance which stemmed from their belief that they were the pinnacle of evolution.
This led to them often appearing arrogant and aloof to others as they saw themselves as being superior to all other species. Even those with a more moderate viewpoint tended to see themselves as being amongst the most intelligent beings in the galaxy.
As such, they were highly confident of their abilities. Most Arkanians are good-natured, but tend to be outside of the law given their proclivity towards doing illegal genetic mutations.Parts you skipped E1: d&d Order & Surprise
Arkanians stand around feet tall and tend to be no more than pounds. Your size is Medium. Medically Inclined. You have advantage on saving throws made against diseases. Two main subraces of arkanians exist in the Star Wars Universe: pure-bloods and offshoots. Choose one of these subraces. The arkanians were native to the Colonies planet, Arkania, a world of frozen tundra and intense cold. The rich gem mines on their planet led to its great development and the construction of elaborate trade cities established by offworlders from the Galactic Republic.
This influx of commerce allowed Arkanian culture to flourish and the species quickly became well known throughout the galaxy for their extremely reclusive scientists.Qnap bios update
Innate Casting. The pureblood arkanian can cast the psychic speech force ability once per day. The Arkanian Offshoots were a sub-species of the Arkanian race, genetically engineered by the famed Arkanian scientists and genetic researchers of the Old Republic era. Ability Score Increase. You can choose between increasing your Dexterity or Wisdom score by 1. As a genetic hybrid, you have the skills of both arkanians and another race such as human or sephi.
You are proficient with two skills of your choice. To the Bothans, information is the galaxy's most valuable currency, as well as its most potent weapon.
As a culture, they believe that direct confrontation with foes — whether economic, political, or martial — is pointless. In an open conflict, the object both sides desire is often damaged or destroyed. This attitude has made espionage a natural line of work for Bothans.
Information and spies are their greatest exports. This spell makes an inert duplicate of a creature. If the original individual has been slain, its soul immediately transfers to the clone, creating a replacement provided that the soul is free and willing to return; see Bringing Back the Dead, page The original's physical remains, should they still exist, become inert and cannot thereafter be restored to life.
If the original creature has reached the end of its natural life span that is, it has died of natural causesany cloning attempt fails.Mt8167 specs
To create the duplicate, you must have a piece of flesh not hair, nails, scales, or the like with a volume of at least 1 cubic inch that was taken from the original creature's living body. The piece of flesh need not be fresh, but it must be kept from rotting for example, by the gentle repose spell. Once the spell is cast, the duplicate must be grown in a laboratory for 2d4 months. When the clone is completed, the original's soul enters it immediately, if that creature is already dead.
The clone is physically identical with the original and possesses the same personality and memories as the original. In other respects, treat the clone as if it were the original character raised from the dead, including the loss of one level or 2 points of Constitution if the original was a 1st-level character.
If this Constitution adjustment would give the clone a Constitution score of 0, the spell fails. If the original creature has lost levels since the flesh sample was taken and died at a lower level than the clone would otherwise be, the clone is one level below the level at which the original died.
The spell duplicates only the original's body and mind, not its equipment. A duplicate can be grown while the original still lives, or when the original soul is unavailable, but the resulting body is merely a soulless bit of inert flesh, which rots if not preserved. When you cast this spell, make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, you take 6d6 psychic damage and are insane until you finish a Long Rest. While insane, you can't take Actionscan't understand what other creatures say, can't read, and speak only in gibberish.
A Greater Restoration spell cast on you ends this effect. On a successful save, you can ask the entity up to five questions. You must ask your questions before the spell ends. The DM answers each question with one word, such as yes, no, maybe, never, irrelevant, unclear if the entity doesn't know the answer to the question.
It only takes a minute to sign up. You don't need to meet any requirements in that spell, including costly components. The spell simply takes effect. Does the Wish spell eliminate the need for the Clone to grow for days? Or when it says "the spell takes effect" is that "effect" to get a wizard embryo? This is somewhat related to this question about wish eliminating the material requirements for the clone spell. Clone takes 1 hour to cast, and Wish will circumvent this, casting a Clone spell instantly.
But the days aren't part of the casting of the spell, they're part of the effect. If they were part of casting the spell, it would suck for everyone not using Wish.
If you wish for it to do something else you are not duplicating a "spell of 8th level or lower": you are doing something else. Wish can do this but you are now into the mode of wish which has consequences. You can wish for anything, this has never changed. What they changed throughout the editions are the consequences of wishing too big.
You would also need two wishes. One to emulate the casting of the clone, another to speed up the growth.Anoy tun setrings for zamtel 2020
But if you wish for the growth of the clone, you are giving the ball on the DM's hand inside your 3-second area. And historically, the DM always go for the slam dunk. I will try to put several examples of how, depending on your wording of the wish, several undesirable things could happen:. And then, we arrive at one of the problems of open-worded wishes. They can always be used by the DM to make you miserable.
Some would say should. But the rule of cool is your ally this moment. More reddit on wishes. From that moment until he finished, anything the player spoke at the table was coming out of the mouth of the character. If he picked up pen and paper, so did the character. Once he spoke "I wish", the spell was already being cast. Whatever he spoke then onwards was the DM's fooder for torture. Also, for every minute he used up we would pause the stopwatch, seize his writing implements, gag him not physicallyand play another combat round.
